For all you IPhone lovers here is a new app that allows you to manage you facebook pages. It was released in New Zealand at first and is now available here in Canada and in the U.S.

For someone like me who manages several pages this new app allows me to view and respond to many things on my page that I am not able to on the regular app, and its FREE!

Here are a few easy steps to guide you through the process:

In your App Store search ” Facebook Pages Manager” and download it.

Tap login button and authorize the app

Your page/pages will appear and you can begin!

The following features are included in this app:

Post new updates and photos on your page

Get notices about new activity on your phone when it happens, no matter where you are.

View your latest page insights

Notification when someone has liked your page and commented on it.

You can switch accounts if you have multiple ones at anytime.

You can hide or ban a member from posting on your page by swiping the comment.

You can view, everyone’s posts, hidden posts and only your posts by choosing in the filter at the top right corner.

I hope they add the messages to this app eventually and maybe the option to highlight and pin. And I find it A LOT easier to read all the posts on my wall than our actual one on our computers.

I would love to hear your thoughts once you have downloaded the app!

Kids and adults alike are all smiles — McDonald’s 19th annual McHappy Day is taking place next Wednesday, May 2! McHappy Day is a worldwide event that supports local children’s charities such as Ronald McDonald Houses.

McHappy Day has that rare ability to warm the heart and satisfy your stomach: each time you purchase a Big Mac, Happy Meal, or a hot McCafé beverage, you’re supporting families in need.

Each Ronald McDonald House provides a home-away-from-home for out-of-town families with seriously ill children who are being treated at nearby children’s hospitals. Some of the Ronald McDonald Houses also operate a Ronald McDonald Family Room within the walls of partnering hospitals. There are countless stories from families who have relied on the sense of calm and comfort this kind of service brings during such difficult times.

Mark your calendars and show your support by liking their Facebook Page and following their Twitter account!

I’ve always carried around large bags, whether they were knapsacks filled with books or purses filled with everything but the kitchen sink. I dread lugging around my laptop in an unfashionable yet practical-to-save-myself-from-future-back-problems knapsack to get around at conferences.

So when the Toshiba Excite 10 LE was announced, I already felt lighter. See the video for yourself after the jump.

Small business owners and freelancers, rejoice! The 10.1″ tablet weighs 1.2 pounds and is only 0.3″ thin. You heard right. This is the world’s thinnest 10-inch tablet. Carry this around with you everywhere without breaking your back or bulky bags and finally manage that delicate balance between life and work.

With 1280 x 800 LED-backlit display and 16:10 aspect ratio, I can already imagine letting the kids watch movies during long car trips, ditching recipe books and using apps in the kitchen while cooking, freely moving around at conferences and events while also taking notes and keeping up with email.

Wouldn’t you be excited too? Share your feedback in the comments below!
